As a textile designer, I work with basic geometric shapes - they give me a clear framework for the design process. Each of my bags is created from paper folds, like my first shape CORPS 01, which is a rectangle with five folds.

The bag I always wanted didn't exist.
That's why I made them.
I am a textile designer and mother of a three-year-old son,
enthusiastic about good craftsmanship.
My weaving mill is a fine manufactory in Münsterland - the very weaver who made the fabric for Christo's Reichstag wrapping. We use twisted yarn made from GOTS-certified cotton, which is much more stable and sustainable.
The chain handles come from Idar-Oberstein, the German gemstone city, where the gold color is matched to our other components. A fine bag maker from North Rhine-Westphalia produces the bags using a unique process that we developed together.
